We identify knowledge bearers and living practices, from traditional crafts and folk music to traditional theatre and indigenous games, and help preserve, document and responsibly pass them on.
We turn practical skills into employment, enterprise and income, with particular attention to youth, women, artisans and underserved communities, through training, mentoring and market access.
We help people and communities turn ideas, traditional knowledge and emerging technology into useful, responsible products, from prototype to market.
We support community-owned solutions for water, waste, energy and sustainable agriculture, building resilience and green skills at the local level.
Our education and affiliation network helps young learners discover, practise and preserve India's skills and traditions, through school programmes and affiliated Skill Hubs built on trusted standards.

Everything Make MyIndia Foundation hopes to do, Shri Neelikulam Kuttan Pillai has spent a lifetime doing.
Born in 1933 in Kulasekharapuram, Kollam, he spent 32 years as a Malayalam teacher and librarian at Karunagappally Boys High School, turning classrooms into places of questioning. He helped build public libraries across the region so that knowledge could reach every doorstep, working alongside P.N. Panicker in Kerala's celebrated library movement.
A voice of Kerala's renaissance, he wrote fifteen works of fiction, drama and radio plays on justice and reform, including Vazhiyambalam and Vrithabhangam. He also took the stage himself, acting in the social-reform dramas that stirred a generation, and his voice carried further still as a programme artist on All India Radio.
As an elected Panchayat member, a Resource Officer in Kerala's Total Literacy Campaign, and a contributor to the state's textbooks, he proved that one committed teacher can lift an entire community. That is the belief our Foundation is built on, and we are honoured to build it under his blessing.
